Our refund policy is very simple.
If within 15 days of receiving your order, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the total amount of your purchase.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase to support@genuineyo.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note: Refunds will not be given after 30 days of placing your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you' have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@genuineyo.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items will not be refunded.
Important Notice:
Customers should be sure whether their countries are allowed to import this product purchasing.
If you’re unsure of whether your country allows these kinds of products, we recommend you to contact the custom for confirmation.
We will not be responsible for losses due to custom confiscation.
Quality control: (1) We test each item before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.
(2) As an experienced supplier, we package goods in carton box with EPE, which would prevent your items from some unexpected damages efficiently during delivery.
